DELIVERY POLICY
- Our Courier partner would usually successfully deliver the parcel within 1 – 2 days from the date of shipment (Our weekly shipment schedule is every Wednesday weekly.)
- No minimum spend is required for self-collection .
Due to the perishable nature of wagyu/seafood, orders placed for self collection will only be processed & packed upon customer’s arrival.
Delivery Fees:
- Purchase above RM350 free delivery within West Malaysia.
- Purchase below the aforestated amount, delivery fee within West Malaysia will be RM20/=.
- Cut off day is every Wednesday at 8PM, customers will receive on next following Thursday or Friday.
- In the event of delay on the delivery, we would recommend the customers to contact our delivery partner. Affected customers may also contact our customer service for more info.
- Our team will usually inform our customers beforehand before delivery. Kindly ensure that you or someone is to be at home/delivery venue at all times to receive the parcel. If our attempts to reach you is unsuccessful or there is a missed delivery, we will arrange a re-delivery (another time or/and date). Additional delivery fee of RM20/= will be applied for this delivery attempt.
- To avoid any delay of delivery, we advise our customers to ensure availability to receive their orders, or provide alternatives (e.g. leave at guard house/ neighbour's place to receive on behalf) at their own risk. We do not accept any responsibility of such arrangements.
- The delivery of order is fully handled by a third-party logistics company. Please be informed that specific delivery time requests will not be entertained. Though we try our best to provide an estimated arrival time upon request, the actual delivery time can be affected by external factors such as traffic conditions, weather, accidents etc.
